Anita-Louise Hankinson
Has been working in professional kitchens since 2008. She graduated with a BS in Business Management from Haskell Indian Nations University in 2015. Then, in 2017, she graduated with an AS in Culinary Arts and BS in Food Service Entrepreneurship from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI.

Having worked in many kinds of professional kitchens for nearly 15 years, she decided to launch Sassy Chef Cuisine & Catering, LLC in October of 2022.
